Of the 5 essential attributes, Ridgeview Charter Middle School best exemplifies a welcoming and positive culture as well as a community of caring. The school culture permeates everything that we do in an inclusive and accepting environment. Students, teachers, parents, staff, and community members make decisions based on how each one will impact our students and school. This also adds to our community of acceptance whereby student led groups give all students a voice and caring adults support our students.

PLC work is essential as our distributed leadership team, grade level PLCs, content area PLCs, interdisciplinary PLCs, Professional Development PLC, and many more collaborate to build a culture of support, community, and acceptance as we celebrate our diversity.
