Westview uses a model that teams.

Those teams and teachers stay together over the course of the three years at middle school.

This builds the relationships that lead to strong community and family engagement.

Additionally, every 4-6 weeks, students are regrouped for a "Core X" class that remediates or extends learning based upon just-in-time student needs.

This supports the scheduling piece as well as responsiveness.

Finally as teachers work with students over the course of three years, they become their greatest advocates.
